The APARTMENT is available for rent all year round. It was converted from a former stable in 2000 and retains many of the original features, including the manger. It is completely separate at ground floor level with its own private entrance. Its terrace is shaded by campsis and wisteria. A table and chairs are provided for outdoor eating.
It sleeps 2 and the accommodation consists of:
A double bedroom, kitchen/sitting room with open fire and a bathroom.
A washing machine, shared with the house, is available in a separate laundry room. There is full gas-fired central heating. All windows have anti-mosquito protection.

The HOUSE is available for rent during selected weeks between April and October. It sleeps 6 comfortably and the accommodation comprises:
Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen (with dishwasher), living room with open fireplace, study area, hall and large games room equipped with table tennis, bar football and boules.
It is furnished chiefly with Irish pine and there are ample barbecue facilities.

The running water is provided from an underground spring and our own well.

OUTSIDE, the garden consists of an orchard, olive grove,well equipped herb garden, flowers and shrubs, grass and woodland. In season, there is a vegetable patch from which you are welcome to help yourselves. The garden and surrounding area is a haven for butterflies, birds and other wildlife such as porcupines and wild boar.

A magnificent SWIMMING POOL was installed in 2002 with a Greek stone surround. It benefits from 8 hours of sunshine per day and has a shaded area under the trees with table and sun loungers. There is an outside shower.

There is also a separate converted former tobacco tower with barbecue facilities, tables and chairs and a shaded sitting area.

All prices are inclusive of linen, towels (exc. swimming towels), utilities and wood for the log fires and regular weekly cleaning.
